We take on projects that have bankable end-users/tenants who want to occupy sustainable energy-efficient buildings.

We then find a Bankable investor to sponsor the project.

IDI COMMUNITY BUILDER

Lastly, we have an experienced Developer mentor a Community member who has been trained to deliver sustainable building projects.
